Tommie Rhoad, Secretary
- Economic Development Manager for GBRA (Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority).
- Works with communities in a ten county area helping local residents and elected officials create projects designed to drive the local economy.
- A geographer by education, Rhoad specializes in nature and rural tourism efforts.
- Serves on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations and is a professional grant writer.
J. W. Pieper, Treasurer
- Retired in 2000 after more than 33 years in the banking industry and moved to the Texas Hill Country near Boerne.
- President of the Alamo Area Master Naturalists.
- Treasurer of the Friends of Guadalupe River State Park and Honey Creek, and leads Saturday morning hikes in Honey Creek SNA.
- Co-founder of the Bergheim Volunteer Fire Station.
- Chairman of the advisory board of the Cibolo Nature Center and coordinator of various research endeavors.
Susan Bogle, Director
- Retired logistics administrator within the insurance industry.
- Member of Texas Master Naturalists, Pilot Club, Native Plant Society, Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation, Morning Glory Garden Club and the Tye Preston Memorial Library.
- Texas native and worldwide traveler.
Donna Eccleston, Director
- Realtor Mortgage Lender over six years.
- Appointed and served on Comal County Private Road Study.
- President & Charter Member Canyon Lake Rotary Club.
- Tye Preston Memorial Library Capital Campaign Committee.
- Volunteers for CRRC of Canyon Lake, Canyon Lake, New Braunfels & Hill Country Chambers of Commerce.
John F. Guenzel, Director
- Co-owner of Rio Raft & Resort on the Guadalupe River.
- Past board member and former President of the Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce.
- Member of Friends for Rivers and Guadalupe River Organization.

Jamie Kinscherff, Director
- Professional luthier since 1978 making acoustic guitars highly regarded by players worldwide.
- Recently started Argus Ecoservices, a land and wildlife management company promoting good land stewardship.
- Master Naturalist – 2003. Has served on the training committee since 2004.
- Wildifire Ecology Specialist, Certification by Texas State Forest Service.
- Licensed pesticide applicator (private not commercial), Texas Dept. of Agriculture.
- Currently Land Management Gorge Committee Chair .
Jaynellen Ladd, Director
- Natural Resource Specialist for GBRA (Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority).
- Past President of the Canyon Lake Area Chamber of Commerce.
- Intermediate Archery Instructor, Secretary for Archery League in Canyon Lake.
- 1st Place Indoor State Archery Champion 2008.
- Serves on the South Texas Water Safety Coalition Board.
- Volunteers for the After School Archery Program and New Life Treatment Center for girls.
Dave Skinner, Director
- Retired Federal manager with 34 years experience in logistics, procurement and contracting.
- Texas Master Naturalist.
- Has worked with GBRA, LCRA and Texas Parks and Wildlife.
- Member Texas Nature Conservancy and Texas Chapter Trust for Public Land.
Bill Ward, Director and Liaison with Science Committee
- Retired Professor of Geology, University of New Orleans.
- Co-PV of Education, Native Plant Society of Texas.
- Mega volunteer at Cibolo Nature Center.
- Presents the geology segment of training for Texas Master Naturalist.
